What you’ll do: Take full ownership of a structured portfolio and manage day‑to‑day operations confidently. Provide clear legislative and governance advice that helps committees make informed decisions. Lead well‑prepared AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings with professional communication. Coordinate maintenance, planning, and operational workflows with a solutions‑focused approach. Partner with ASMs and internal teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. Maintain strong workflow management, accurate documentation, and system usage to maximise efficiency. What you’ll bring: Proven experience managing a strata or body corporate portfolio, including meeting leadership and committee advisory. Confident understanding of the BCCM Act and the ability to apply legislation to real scenarios with sound judgment. Clear communication skills, particularly in sensitive or difficult situations. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Solid financial capability, including budgeting, levy planning, and explaining financial impacts clearly.
