Job Title: Nanny for Twin 7-Year-Olds (Mon-Thurs) with extended hours over school holidays) Location: Malvern VIC Position Type: Casual (Monday to Thursday) with enhanced hours during school holidays Hours: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Job Description: We are seeking a caring, responsible, and energetic nanny to care for our twin 7-year-olds after school from Monday to Thursday. The ideal candidate will be passionate about childcare, reliable, and capable of managing the daily routine with kindness and patience. Key Responsibilities: School Pickup: Safely pick up the twins from school in Malvern After-School Care: Supervise and engage the children in age-appropriate activities, including helping with homework, organising playtime, and encouraging creative and educational activities. Light Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning tasks such as tidying up after the children, clothes washing / ironing, organising their play areas, and ensuring their belongings are in order. Snack and Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy snacks and occasional simple meals for the children. Transportation: Occasionally transport the children to extracurricular activities or playdates, if necessary. Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times. Qualifications: Prior experience in childcare, especially with young children. Min 5 years experience. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. First aid and CPR certification (preferred). Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with children. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Competitive hourly rate.
