Flex with days – open to either a live‑in 4 days or travel locally 3 days. Nestled in the stunning heart of the Grampians, a picturesque sheep farm offers a truly unique lifestyle opportunity. Located just 20 minutes north of Dunkeld, 45 minutes from Hamilton, 1.5 hours to the coast, and only 3 hours from Melbourne, it’s the perfect balance of peaceful rural living and easy access to some of Victoria’s best destinations. A warm and welcoming family is looking for a dedicated, nurturing, and playful Educator to care for their two young children, aged 25 months and 12 months. The family is searching for someone who brings a genuine passion for early childhood development and delights in creating engaging, educational, and fun experiences. You’ll support the daily rhythm of the household, help keep things organised, and ensure the children are happy, safe, and thriving in a warm and stimulating environment. The ideal person will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a natural ability to build meaningful connections with young children. A love of the outdoors, a calm and caring nature, and a creative spirit will fit right in with the way of life on the farm. Accommodation includes your own private, fully furnished three‑bedroom cottage just 100 metres from the main house. The cottage features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, split‑system air‑conditioning, and a cozy open fireplace. Modern conveniences such as WiFi and a TV are also provided, against the breathtaking backdrop of the Grampians mountain ranges. You Must: Have obtained or be working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and be registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state. Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references. Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid. Have a car & driver's licence. Be willing to commit for at least 12 months. Full working rights in Australia.
