Located just 20 minutes north of the charming village of Dunkeld, 45 minutes from Hamilton, 1.5 hours to the coast, and only 3 hours from Melbourne, it’s the perfect balance of peaceful rural living and easy access to some of Victoria’s best destinations. A warm and welcoming family looking for a dedicated, nurturing, and playful Educator to care for their two young children, aged 25 months and 12 months. The family is searching for someone who brings a genuine passion for early childhood development and delights in creating engaging, educational, and fun experiences. You’ll be supporting the daily rhythm of the household, helping to keep things organised, while ensuring the children are happy, safe, and thriving in a warm and stimulating environment. The ideal person will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a natural ability to build meaningful connections with young children. A love of the outdoors, a calm and caring nature, and a creative spirit will fit right in with the way of life on the farm. Accommodation includes your own private, fully furnished three-bedroom cottage, just 100 metres from the main house. With a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry, plus split system air-conditioning and a cozy open fireplace, it’s a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. You’ll also enjoy modern conveniences like Wi‑Fi and a TV. All of this set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Grampians mountain ranges. Qualifications & Requirements Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid Have a car & driver's licence Be willing to commit for at least 12 months Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
