What You'll Do Lead end‑to‑end quantitative and mixed‑method projects Own and grow key client relationships Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities Write proposals, present insights, and manage senior stakeholders Deliver strategic, quality‑driven outputs with impact Mentor juniors and contribute to thought leadership content. Who You Are 4+ years' experience in market research, insights, or consulting Commercially sharp with a quality‑first mindset Strong quantitative background – comfortable with stats and survey design Qual experience is a bonus Strategic thinker with natural curiosity and confidence Tech‑forward – open to exploring AI tools to improve efficiency and insight.
