Senior Legal Counsel, Investment Management Senior Legal Counsel position for a leading and well established Australian based investment management group that has been rapidly expanding their global footprint. You will be joining a diverse, collaborative and dynamic team environment and working alongside and supporting leading fund managers to achieve their investment objectives. This position will support the General Counsel in providing advice on legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements including investment management and broker trading agreements, ISDA's, prime brokerage and marketing documents. You will also participate in key projects including offshore fund vehicles, ETF’s and the due diligence process for new fund launches. Seeking 7 years + post qualified experience and a depth of experience within investment management. Would consider an inhouse Lawyer or a Senior Associate level in a law firm looking to make this transition. You must have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills be self-directing and able to extrapolate key issues and resolve complex problems.
