This is an exciting opportunity to drive your own success and make a major impact during a time of global focus and investment at Randstad. We offer a hybrid work model with core office days on Tuesday and Thursday, and a flexible third day. If you are someone who is driven, resilient, and outcome-focused who thrives on business development and building strong client relationships, this role is for you Responsibilities Proactively engage in business development to identify and acquire new business, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients Cold calling clients and selling Randstad’s services 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk Build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates About you You are an experienced recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and a resilient attitude You have an accounting or finance recruitment experience within an agency environment You're a strong business development professional who excels at building rapport and trust You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment You have exceptional interpersonal skills and align with a collaborative, team-oriented culture What is in it for you?
