We're now looking for a Senior BI Analyst to help us take our analytics ecosystem to the next level. About the Role This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of business intelligence and business impact . You'll own and evolve our existing data warehouse and Tableau-based reporting environment while exploring how modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) can accelerate insight generation, automate analysis, and predict business outcomes. You'll work closely with Finance, Marketing, and various Operations teams to build smart dashboards and predictive models that help us understand what happened and furthering that to what's next. What You'll Do Maintain and enhance financial dashboards in Tableau (revenue, expense, and variance reporting). Design and deliver new analytics for sales, marketing, and operations. Use AI tools to automate data analysis and generate insights faster. Implement natural language query interfaces so teams can "chat" with their data. Develop predictive models to forecast revenue, guest behaviour, and operational performance. Present insights to executive leadership and help drive data-led decisions. Champion best practices in data quality, storytelling, and ethical AI use. What You'll Bring 3–7 years' experience in BI, Data Analytics, or similar. Advanced Tableau skills — calculated fields, LODs, dashboard actions, design best practices. Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar). Solid grasp of finance (P&L, EBITDA, variance analysis). Hands‑on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for analytics, or curiosity to master them. Exposure to Python, R, or ML/AutoML platforms is highly regarded. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.
