PERSOL is hiring a Data Analyst to join their Local council client to support their BI Team in supporting TechnologyOne BI Solutions. PRIMARY PURPOSE To translate business requirements into technical business intelligence solutions and apply the business intelligence toolset to create and deliver the solutions. To support and maintain the business intelligence technical environment so the Business Intelligence Team can meet the reporting and data analysis needs of the organisation. Work collaboratively with business analysts, database administrators / data modeler and quality assurance to ensure the council's data warehouse design and implementation satisfy the organisation's business intelligence requirements. Facilitate the presentation of business intelligence reports and analysis capabilities through a corporate web portal to ensure a consistent and user-friendly reporting environment. Build and maintain robust ETL / ELT pipelines, ensuring trusted, timely datasets. Experience Required Experience in one or more TechnologyOne CIA modules: Customer Requests; Finance; Property and rating; corporate performance management and supply chain. Expertise in data architecture, data modelling with deep knowledge and practical experience in data warehouse design. Experience in building DocOne, BPA, ETL, T Scripts. Well developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the skills to effectively liaise with clients and IT professionals.
