The Opportunity Reporting to the Regional Operations Leader and leading a team of educators, the Campus Director will: Uplift culture and mentor a team, creating an engaged, confident environment Drive compliance, behaviour management, and quality outcomes across all rooms Strengthen family engagement and lead meaningful community partnerships Support occupancy growth through quality practice and service delivery Partner with education specialists and organisational leaders to ensure strong educational outcomes About you You are an experienced early childhood leader who thrives in dynamic, hands‑on environments.
