Assistant in Nursing

The role We are currently looking for motivated and passionate Assistant in Nursing (AIN) Cert III and/or IV to join our supportive and friendly team at our Wyoming Facility (Summer Hills) . Shift hours are available MON‑SUN; we are particularly seeking reliable candidates with the availability and flexibility to work weekdays as required for our available shifts. As an AIN Cert III and/or IV, you will provide individualized resident care and support that enhances our residents' wellbeing. Ensuring delivery of the highest quality of care while maintaining an optimal level of dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for residents. Assist in the delivery of the following direct care activities as allocated by Registered Nurse: Resident's individual personal care Repositioning, pressure area and skin care Assistance with toileting Taking and documenting of patient vital observations Change and make up occupied and unoccupied beds Report all resident observation to the appropriate Registered Nurse Ensure at all times that the safety of the patient, self, other staff and others is not compromised. A demonstrated commitment to observing infection control procedures in all areas of practice.
