They act as an authorised officer under the

Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) , respond to subpoenas, court warrants and other requests for child protection information. They determine the validity of applications, assess information for release, apply exemptions where required and make decisions on the release of information.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
