Based in Sydney's Inner West, our expanding team of 16 dedicated landscape professionals is known for its supportive, collaborative, and professional culture. Profile Landscapes is entering an exciting growth phase, with nine new commercial projects commencing across Sydney in February 2026 including locations such as Cronulla, Drummoyne, St Leonards, Pagewood, Eastern Creek, Penrith, Summer Hill, and Macquarie Park. We are actively recruiting for: 1 x Project Manager – $120K to $140K plus vehicle 3 x Foreman – $85K to $120K plus vehicle 1 x Irrigation Technician – $70K to $85K 1 x Maintenance Team Leader – $64K to $72K 6 x Landscape Labourers – $32 to $35/hr – Casual and Permanent All remuneration is dependent on experience. The Landscape Project Manager will oversee the planning, delivery, and completion of large‑scale landscape and civil construction projects across Sydney. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple sites, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability while leading teams and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver multiple landscape construction projects from start to finish Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet deadlines and budgets Oversee site teams including Foremen, Leading Hands and Labourers Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and safety audits Ensure quality standards, specifications and compliance are met Communicate effectively with clients, designers and senior management Manage project cost control, progress reporting and forecasting Drive productivity and maintain a positive, safety‑first culture on site Requirements Minimum 5‑7 years’ experience in landscape construction project management Proven background in delivering commercial and civil landscaping projects Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Sound understanding of hardscape, softscape, irrigation and civil interface works Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and technical specifications Proficient in scheduling, budgeting and site coordination Current driver’s licence and White Card essential Cert IV or Diploma in Landscape Construction, Horticulture or Project Management OR equivalent experience The Landscape Foreman will lead the installation and delivery of large‑scale landscape and hard‑scape projects across Western Sydney. You’ll oversee daily site operations, direct crews and ensure every project is delivered to a high standard, safely, efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews on site Coordinate workflow and daily activities Operate and maintain machinery (skid steers, loaders, excavators etc.) Oversee installation of both hard and soft landscaping elements Monitor and record materials, labour hours and costs Communicate clearly with clients and management Enforce safety, quality and environmental compliance Train and mentor crew members in company standards and best practice Maintain a tidy, professional worksite at all times Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscape construction or site supervision Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient operation of heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, excavators) Sound knowledge of hard‑scape construction and soft‑scape installation Understanding of plant species, materials and site preparation White Card essential; current driver’s licence required VOC’s and SOA’s highly regarded Truck licence highly regarded (MR/HR or HC) Fit, reliable and able to work outdoors in all weather Excellent time management and attention to detail The Irrigation Technician will work within and complement our growing team. The position holds an integral role within our company. The applicant will be responsible for the design and installation of irrigation systems. Responsibilities Read and interpret site plans Carry out designs of project systems as required Proactively show initiative with ideas, problem solving, amendments and providing regular updates Ensure projects are completed to our high standards and in an efficient and timely manner Comply with company policy in regard to OH&S, quality control and environmental systems Installation of new irrigation systems including pumps and varied control systems (drip & popup irrigation/sprinkler and valve installation) Requirements Apprentice or qualified irrigation technician Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent customer service skills Able to operate independently The Maintenance Team Leader will oversee and deliver high‑quality maintenance works across established commercial and public spaces throughout Sydney. This role suits a hands‑on leader who takes pride in presentation, consistency and mentoring their crew to achieve exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff across multiple commercial sites Plan and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including scheduling and task allocation Carry out hands‑on horticultural works: mowing, pruning, weeding, mulching, fertilising and irrigation maintenance Identify plant health issues and implement corrective action Operate and maintain small plant equipment (ride‑on mowers, whipper‑snippers, blowers etc.) Ensure all works are completed to specification and client expectations Maintain a strong focus on site safety, presentation and environmental compliance Communicate clearly with clients, supervisors and crew members Mentor and train junior staff, promoting teamwork and productivity Requirements Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in commercial landscape maintenance Proven leadership and communication skills Sound horticultural knowledge, Cert III in Horticulture or equivalent experience White Card and current driver’s licence essential (MR licence highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in all conditions Reliable, well‑presented and committed to high standards of work and safety We’re seeking experienced Landscape Labourers to join established landscape construction teams. These roles offer consistent work, great crews and the opportunity to build your skills with leading landscaping contractors. We have both Casual or Permanent positions available.
