Your Role: Where Contracts Meet Construction This role bridges the gap between the office and the field, perfect for someone who loves structure and detail but wants to see projects through to completion. You'll be involved in: Managing budgets, variations, and financial tracking with a focus on outcomes, not just compliance Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants Preparing and reviewing contracts, progress claims, and cost reports Driving procurement and administration efficiencySupporting site delivery teams with programme tracking, reporting, and issue resolution Liaising with clients, superintendents, and internal stakeholders Contributing to a culture of quality, safety, and collaboration What We're Looking For: You're an experienced Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator ready to take the next step. Confident with numbers and contracts, but keen to get more involved in the full picture delivery.
