We're hiring for the New Year| Senior Project, Contract & Accounts Administrator Calibre Plumbing and Drainage Pty Ltd – Brisbane | Commercial Industrial Civil Calibre Plumbing and Drainage is growing fast, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Project, Contract & Accounts Administrator to join our team. If you're highly organised, commercially minded and confident managing both construction admin and financial processes — this role is for you. About the Role Project Admin : Project reporting, registers and documentation Project Admin : Communication, assisting contractors, builders and employees Contract Admin : Subcontract agreements & scopes Contract Admin : Progress claims, variations & EOTs Contract Admin : Cost control, budgets & compliance Accounts Admin : Timesheets & payroll coordination Accounts Admin : Supplier statements & monthly recon Accounts Admin : Processing payments, Bills and Invoices Accounts Admin : Working with the Director with Cashflow management What You'll Bring 3–5+ years in construction / contract / accounts admin Strong understanding of commercial construction Confident with Xero + MS Office (Procore / Aconex a bonus) Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment What We Offer Long‑term, stable role with a growing contractor Leadership involvement and system‑building opportunities Supportive team environment Genuine career progression Seniority level – Mid‑Senior level Employment type – Full‑time Job function – Project Management and Information Technology Industries – Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
