The HR Services Officer (Onboarding) plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and accurate onboarding experience for new starters at Uniting. You’ll be responsible for approving contracts, completing recruitment processing tasks, and carrying out final reviews to ensure all documentation is correct and onboarding is completed on time. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Services (TAS) team, you’ll manage onboarding tasks across systems such as myPATH, Zipline, and PageUp. You may also provide support to other areas of HR Services and Payroll when required. Key Responsibilities Approve contracts and related onboarding documentation. Complete recruitment processing tasks in myPATH. Complete interim solutions tasks in PageUp (until Phase 2 of myPATH). Action candidate compliance outcomes in Zipline. Support the TAS team in progressing candidates through onboarding stages. Assist other areas of HR Services and Payroll with tasks when required. Contribute to improvements in onboarding processes within HR Services. About You Experience in HR administration, onboarding, or a similar process-driven role. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume tasks. Organised, systematic, and accurate in reviewing and approving documentation. A collaborative and professional team player with a commitment to delivering accurate outcomes.
