07th November, 2025 We are looking for a 4+ year PAE Senior Associate to join our high performing and successful Employers Liability team in Sydney to work alongside both our Sydney and Newcastle Partners. Responsibilities You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to : working on a diverse range of complex workers compensation and work injury damages matters; be a key contact with regular involvement with clients; appear in various courts and tribunals, including the Personal Injury Commission; supervise and train junior lawyers. Requirements To be considered for this role, you will have : an academic qualification in law, with a current Practicing Certificate; a minimum of 4 years' PAE in defendant litigation, preferably in workers compensation / work injury damages matters; excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail; experience in policy wording review / drafting. In addition, you will be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service; have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; have a desire for continuous development.
