About the Position Our client is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their growing team in a flexible full‑time or part‑time capacity. This role is ideal for a commercially‑minded lawyer looking to work across a broad range of matters , including: Commercial property transactions (shopping centres, commercial buildings) Strata titling and property development projects Business sales and purchases Shareholder agreements and corporate restructuring Commercial contracts and franchising matters You’ll be stepping into a key leadership position, managing complex files while mentoring junior lawyers. With the support of an experienced and collaborative leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in continuing the firm’s strong reputation in the Brisbane legal market. This is a client‑facing role where your ability to communicate complex legal concepts in clear, practical language will be highly valued.
