Lead and grow the business, ensuring strategic alignment with regional and global goals. Build and manage high‑performing teams across sales, service, and operations to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Foster strong relationships with mining companies, government bodies, and industry stakeholders to support business growth. Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies to expand our reach and impact. Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications Proven experience in mining, construction, or heavy equipment industries, with proven leadership in country‑level operations. Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving revenue and market growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with government, industry bodies, and major clients. Ability to manage a broad spectrum of tasks under pressure, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agreed timescales. Fluent in Japanese, Chinese, Korean and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills highly desirable. Willingness to travel across North Asia as required.
