Overview You will provide independent risk oversight and insights within the Line 2 Risk team in the insurance sector. Your analysis will help identify process risks, evaluate control environments, and deliver meaningful risk advice. The role supports strategic decision‑making and risk management across multiple brands. It offers a permanent position with flexibility to work in Sydney or Melbourne. Required Skills Experience in audit, assurance or risk within Insurance or Financial Services Strong ability to assess process‑level controls and identify risk exposures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to translate complex findings into clear, impactful insights Stakeholder engagement skills, confident in providing constructive challenge Understanding of Australian regulatory, governance, and risk management frameworks Nice to Have Skills Knowledge of enterprise‑wide risk management practices Familiarity with control assessment tools and procedures Experience working with diverse teams and senior leaders Awareness of current industry regulations and compliance requirements Preferred Education and Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualifications Practical experience in business risk or assurance functions Proven ability to deliver independent, objective assessments Consultant #J-18808-Ljbffr
