The Opportunity We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Admin and Accounts Coordinator to join our high performing team. The successful applicant will work from our modern and accessible Head Office in Jandakot on a Monday-Friday basis. This highly varied role supports essential functions across HR, finance, and project operations, requiring strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Key responsibilities Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Coordinate and book all necessary employee trainings to ensure personnel are site-ready and compliant. Serve as a key point of contact for employees, coordinating on various administrative and logistical aspects to facilitate their work and ensure a positive experience. Assist in processing project transactions and supporting documentation for payroll administration. Provide direct administrative and documentation support to Project Managers on various project tasks. Assist in the accurate generation and issuance of official Purchase Orders (POs) and preparing client invoices. Coordinate the scheduling and logistics for employee mobilization and deployment to project sites. Handle diverse administrative duties to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the office and project services. About You We are looking for someone with previous experience across administration and accounts. Ideally, you will bring: Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Confidence working with systems, documentation and workflows A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support a busy team Experience in a similar admin/accounts role (energy, engineering or technical industries desirable but not essential) Candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical with drug & alcohol tests as part of the recruitment process.
