Engineering Team Leader (Digital Power)

you will be responsible for leading the engineering team.You will be

We offer unique career pathways through real-world exposure to an impressive spectrum of segments, technologies, jobs and territoriesResponsibilitiesLead the engineering team, providing daily supervision, coaching, and guidance, including people management responsibilities.Oversee all technical aspects of project execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, quality standards and CPP process.Collaborate with regional and global teams to acquire and implement best practices within the engineering team.
