About the Role This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of safety at Moco. As Safety Manager, you’ll take ownership of our health, safety, and environmental (HSE) strategy, embedding best practice across our operations and empowering our teams to succeed in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll design and implement safety frameworks, lead incident investigations, oversee injury management and return‑to‑work programs, and deliver training that makes safety second nature. Partnering closely with leaders across sales, warehouse, transport, and production, you’ll ensure compliance while driving a proactive culture of care, accountability, and continuous improvement. About You You’re not just a safety professional, you’re a leader who inspires people to live and breathe safe practices every day. You bring experience in WHS management, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to turn compliance into culture. You’re analytical and solutions‑focused, confident in risk assessments, and skilled at finding practical, lasting improvements. Above all, you’re an excellent communicator who can influence, coach, and motivate people at every level of the business. Skills, Experience & Attributes Degree in Occupational Health & Safety – OHS (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Expertise in risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Proven experience managing rehabilitation and return‑to‑work programs. Demonstrated success in building and delivering engaging safety training. Analytical, resilient, and passionate about creating safer workplaces.
