The Role We are seeking an experienced Architect (Registered in Qld) who is ready to do more than just deliver projects. This is about becoming a key part of a close‑knit practice, leading the way in both design and delivery, and helping us grow our architectural services. This role is ideal if you: Want to use your experience to influence and shape a practice, not just follow along. Love the idea of being a lead on projects, working across everything from refurbishments and fit‑outs through to larger developments. Get energy from mentoring others — especially graduates working towards their own registration. Are looking for a studio that genuinely supports balance, flexibility, and family life. Skills and Experience: Registered with the Board of Architects Queensland (BOAQ). 4–5+ years’ architectural experience across a range of scales and sectors. Strong design thinking backed by solid technical and construction knowledge. Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite. Great communicator who builds trust with clients, consultants, and contractors. We’re ideally offering this as a full‑time role but happy to consider part‑time. Why Join Us?
