Join to apply for the Business Analyst – SAP Commerce Cloud role at Launch Group . We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to deliver key initiatives for our client in the FMCG industry . This role requires proven SAP delivery expertise, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to operate confidently in both structured and agile environments. Project Overview Anchors requirements elicitation, artefact hygiene, and delivery coordination for our client’s Customer Portal. Platform integrates headless portal app, SAP Commerce Cloud, and SAP ECC. Project phase: Discovery through Deployment and Hypercare. Delivery style: Hybrid Waterfall-Agile. Duration: ASAP start to 30 June 2026. Key Responsibilities Mapping cross-functional requirements. Documenting integration flows and stakeholder alignment. Supporting Sales and Commercial teams through digital transformation. Tech Proficiency Required SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP ECC, Salesforce, MS Dynamics AX, Jira, Confluence, Signavio. Experience with headless architecture, API-first platforms, SAP CPI, MuleSoft. SAP PI/PO (desirable). Experience & Skills 3-5+ years in enterprise BA roles. Strong in requirements documentation, integration mapping, UAT scripting, and business process design. Experience in FMCG, especially in Sales and Commercial domains. Agile delivery experience with hybrid governance models. Qualifications Agile qualifications preferred but not required.
