You will be working with our leading Partners, including Alex Wolff , Peter Lucarelli , Helen Joyce and Andrew Prowse . About Our Practice Baker McKenzie's Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency group is one of the Australian office's largest practice groups, advising and representing clients in all matters associated with complex commercial disputes, class actions, restructuring & insolvency. Our commercially pragmatic approach focuses on delivering strategic solutions that promote early resolution while safeguarding clients’ best interests. We collaborate with global colleagues and serve a range of major national and international organisations in class actions, insolvency matters, regulatory work and white‑collar crime. Qualifications Demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of matters in commercial litigation (restructuring & insolvency experience valued but not a pre‑requisite); Relevant experience in a top tier or leading international law firm (preferred); Strong client service focus; Commitment to high standards including strong drafting and commercial skills; Business development aptitude, interest, and experience; Excellent analytical, written and oral communication; Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for these relationships; Initiative and proactivity; Teamwork skills (including across Australian offices and internationally); Willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences; Relevant legal qualifications and a strong academic background.
