Company vehicle About the Role We are seeking a confident, hands‑on Mechanic to organize daily workshop operations, support technicians, and work closely with the parts and sales team. You will be responsible for: Allocating jobs and managing workflow Leading and supporting workshop techs Overseeing workshop organisation, cleanliness, and compliance Communicating with the front‑of‑house team on job progress Communicating with Manufacturers for diagnosis, warranty processing, etc. Helping build a positive, productive workshop culture Opportunity to grow the business You’re the right fit if you are: Strong in diagnostics and problem‑solving Proud of your work and quality‑driven Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members Auto‑electrical and Air Conditioning experience is a strong advantage but not essential.
