Company vehicle About the Role We are seeking a confident, hands‑on Workshop Team Leader to oversee daily workshop operations, support technicians, and work closely with the parts and sales team. Responsibilities Allocating jobs and managing workflow Leading and supporting workshop techs Overseeing workshop organisation, cleanliness, and compliance Communicating with the front‑of‑house team on job progress Communicating with manufacturers for diagnosis, warranty processing, etc. Helping build a positive, productive workshop culture Requirements Experienced Diesel or Agriculture Mechanic Confident leading a small team Strong in diagnostics and problem‑solving Proud of your work and quality‑driven Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members Auto‑electrical and Air Conditioning experience is a strong advantage but not essential Leadership experience OR ready to step up to leadership role Full Australian work rights About Us Machinery West is a long‑established successful Agriculture and Power Gardening Dealership in Donnybrook.
