We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Part-time Service Receptionist to join our high-performing service team If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and love delivering exceptional customer service, this is your opportunity to shine. What Your Day Will Look Like Answering incoming service calls and returning calls on behalf of the service department Coordinating loan vehicle bookings for customers Preparing Repair Orders daily for the following day Liaising with Service Advisors, the Workshop Controller, Service Manager, and other front-line service staff Performing clerical and general administrative duties as required to support the wider service team About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A positive and proactive demeanor A commitment to delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience The ability to follow processes and procedures High attention to detail and strong customer service skills Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities within a team environment Previous experience in a similar position or within the retail automotive industry (desirable but not essential) What We Offer At Preston Mazda, we’re all about helping you be better every day.
