Having launched in Australia in 2017, GODIVA continues to grow its retail, e-commerce and wholesale presence across the country. As part of a global network operating in more than 180 countries, logistics is key to our success. We are now seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Australia team and ensure the smooth, timely and efficient movement of products across our channels, from our local partners to our customers. The Role This full-time role is responsible for coordinating all international and domestic logistics activities, ensuring on time delivery and exceptional service across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with international and local suppliers, production, freight and fulfilment, partners to maintain accuracy, efficiency and compliance throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities including shipping, receiving and inventory management. Track, manage and collaborate B2B, Ecommerce and Retail Store orders to ensure timely, accurate fulfilment and seamless operations. Liaise with suppliers, carriers and freight forwarders to optimise delivery schedules and reduce supply chain costs. Ensure compliance with import, export and customs regulations. Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records. Support process improvements and identify cost saving opportunities. About You You bring accountability, reliability and a proactive approach to logistics. You are highly organised, switched on and thrive on keeping things running smoothly. You have a natural sense of urgency and take pride in staying one step ahead, ensuring nothing falls through the gaps. You are detail oriented, process driven and comfortable working with multiple priorities at once. You communicate clearly, follow up without being asked, and take ownership of outcomes. Above all, you care about getting things right and supporting the team around you to deliver on time, every time. You will ideally have At least three years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination within the food or FMCG industry. Experience using Netstock and Cin7 (highly regarded). Strong understanding of international and domestic logistics operations, including freight forwarding and customs regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience using ERP or inventory management systems What We Offer Staff discounts on GODIVA products.
