HAYS is seeking experienced Site Supervisors and Site Managers to work on contract to help drive the structural pre-cast and steel packages of works. Your new role As the Site Manager / Supervisor, you will take the helm to ensure seamless execution of the project while upholding the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Work with the existing Site Manager and Project Manager to execute short-term programs to meet key construction milestones. Lead Site Supervisors or Leading Hands to drive team performance. Coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Enforce WHS standards and maintain a safe, compliant worksite. Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure clear communication and strong relationships. What you'll need to succeed Relevant trade qualifications or a Diploma in Building and Construction (Cert IV or higher) Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager / Supervisor on commercial projects, ideally managing key structural packages Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex, MS Project) to streamline site operations Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage trades, subcontractors, and stakeholders What you'll get in return This is a great opportunity to gain experience working on a world leading project that will increase your employability.
