Volunteer Dog Walker – Lottie & Benji The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this role on behalf of Balwyn Evergreen Centre. Lotti and Benji the greyhounds are in desperate need of walkies. Themre big dogs so need a firm hand or two, which is ideal for a couple or friends who would like to walk the dogs together. But, of course, if one person wants to put their hand up to help, that would be much appreciated. We currently need a volunteer to walk Lottie and Benji weekly on Mondays at 3pm. Lottie, Benji and their owner are part of Balwyn Evergreen's dog walking program, which ensures canine companions are exercised. This is a lifesaver for owners who are unable to walk their dogs due to physical or cognitive decline - they can rest assured their treasured pet is getting the care they need. If you're a lover of larger dogs and keen to volunteer your time to get them out and about, we'd love to hear from you.
