Beauty Therapy Trainer

Responsibilities Plan, deliver and assess nationally recognised training and assessment in line with Training Packages and RTO standards. Maintain accurate student records, assessment documentation and reporting for audit and quality assurance. Ensure compliance with the 2025 Standards for RTOs, assessment principles, and organisational policies. Contribute to continuous improvement of resources and training outcomes. Uphold Victorian Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting obligations. Provide a supportive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all students. Mandatory Requirements Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent/higher). Hold SHB30121 Certificate III in Beauty Services (or higher) with current industry currency. Hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC). Demonstrate understanding and commitment to Child Safe Standards. Maintain professional development and vocational competency as per Standards for RTOs. Have strong organisational and administrative skills, including LMS experience. Employment Details Hours: Wednesdays Non Negotiable, plus optional days of your option. Pay: As per Education Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award (MA ). Location: Noble Park and Boronia.
