Summary of the Position We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to join a supportive and growing team in Mildura. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives on autonomy, variety, and building trusted relationships with clients in their own homes. You’ll provide high‑quality clinical care, support people to live safely and independently, and play an important part in improving health outcomes across the community. Key Responsibilities Provide community-based nursing care, including wound care, medication management, chronic disease support, and clinical assessments. Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and the wider multidisciplinary team. Develop and review care plans to ensure safe and effective service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with all clinical and organisational standards. Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive health outcomes for clients living at home. Key Requirements Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration. Previous experience in community or district nursing or a strong acute nursing background. Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and the ability to work independently. Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. Full Australian working rights.
