Trainer and Assessor - ESI Compliance, High Voltage Operator & Cable Jointer RelyOn Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO No 40754) specialising in safety-critical training and consulting services. We service the Arboriculture, Horticulture, Telecommunications, Rail, Mining, Renewable Generation, Thermal Generation, and Electrical Transmission and Distribution sectors. About You We are seeking Electrical Supply Industry Experts to join our team of skilled Trainer’s and Assessors in various capacities, including contractors, full-time, part-time or casual roles in the following areas: ESI Compliance – Location Victoria Cable Jointer (Contractor) – Location Victoria HV Operator – Location NSW The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience working in the Australian Electrical Supply networks or similar industries in one of the required expertise listed above. Hold all relevant qualifications and licences. Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/40122 or equivalent). Ability to travel to various training locations when required. A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learners' development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to maintaining high-quality training standards.
