What you’ll do Design, build, and scale a self‑service internal platform that streamlines development and deployment for engineering teams. Improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling to reduce friction and accelerate delivery. Define and maintain infrastructure standards through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi. Champion observability and reliability, ensuring systems are well‑instrumented and easy to operate. Enhance and optimise Kubernetes orchestration and AWS‑based infrastructure to support scalable, secure applications. Collaborate closely with product and platform engineers to create a world‑class developer experience. Promote best practices across automation, infrastructure design and DevOps culture. What you’ll bring Strong experience with AWS and cloud‑native architecture. Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi. Deep understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration. Proven experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD). Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). A passion for improving developer experience and creating reliable, scalable systems. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset.
