Associate Salesforce Consultant

We are currently looking for a Salesforce Associate Consultant who is passionate about Salesforce and how technology can transform business models and processes. Working alongside a team of highly-skilled experts, you will be exposed to a variety of challenging projects across multiple sectors, assisting with the creation of innovative Salesforce solutions that help our clients solve real business problems.
The key responsibilities of the position include:
Following the project methodology and project delivery standards as required.Accurately assisting in estimating work effort based on documented Acceptance Criteria requirements.Assisting in designing, configuring, testing and delivering solutions tailored to meet agreed requirements.Paying attention to the details and working according to best practices.Providing high-quality documentation through exceptional written communication skills.Participating in product presentations to customers.Contributing to building healthy relationships with customers.Helping ensure customer satisfaction by maximising product quality during releases.Working in a timesheet-based role with focus on billable time.

At least 1+ years experience from within the Salesforce ecosystem.Experience of working in an Agile software delivery environment.A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related diploma.Ideally a Salesforce Certification such as Administrator.The ability to understand business processes and experience of working with customers on requirements gathering.Skills in problem solving, with high attention to detail.Outstanding communication skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.An eagerness to solve and work on challenging projects and like stepping outside of your comfort zone.A growth mindset with a commitment to self-learning and knowledge development.A strong belief in continuous improvement.The ability to quickly learn new technologies.The ability to work independently using collaborative web-based tools.Strong relationship building skills, with your teammates and your customers.
