Practice Manager – Gold Coast Southern Clinics Qscan Group is seeking an experienced practice manager to lead the Gold Coast Southern clinics into its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities Inspire and develop your team, fostering collaboration, accountability and a strong service ethos. Grow and maintain strong referrer partnerships, acting as a trusted representative of Qscan in the community. Drive operational excellence, streamlining processes and maximising resource utilisation. Champion safety and compliance, ensuring the clinic meets Qscan’s high standards for WHS and care. Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in daily operations, including clerical and patient‑facing duties. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a track record of managing people, performance, and priorities. Strong understanding of Medicare (radiology experience highly valued). Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills with a patient‑first mindset. Commercial acumen, operational savvy, and the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
