Practice Manager – Gold Coast Northern Clinics Qscan, a leading diagnostic imaging provider, invites applications for a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our Gold Coast Northern clinics into the next phase of growth. Why This Role Matters As Practice Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the clinic, ensuring outstanding care for patients, seamless experiences for referrers, and an engaged, motivated team. You’ll lead transformation, champion growth, and set the standard for service and culture. Your Key Focus Areas Inspire and develop your team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a strong service ethos. Grow and maintain strong referrer partnerships, acting as a trusted representative of Qscan in the community. Drive operational excellence, streamlining processes and maximising resource utilisation. Champion safety and compliance, ensuring the clinic meets Qscan’s high standards for WHS and care. Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement in daily operations, including clerical and patient‑facing duties. What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in healthcare, with a track record of managing people, performance, and priorities. Strong understanding of Medicare (radiology experience highly valued). Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills with a patient‑first mindset. Commercial acumen, operational savvy, and the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth. Proficiency with clinical systems, reporting tools and digital workflows.
