Join our Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care team Owned and run by our lead dentist Dr Carla Simoes, we are passionate about uplifting our patient's lifestyle. At our practice, we provide a comprehensive range of holistic dental services and advanced healthcare treatments The Role We have an opportunity available as Practice Manager. You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, support our clinical team, and continue to foster the strong, team-focused environment we're proud of. You'll work closely with our Dental Assistants and Receptionists to ensure smooth workflows, excellent patient care, and effective coordination with our providers. This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week), with flexibility to work your hours across a 4 or 5-day week. About You Has experience in a 2IC or leadership role within the dental industry Ideally has experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist Has experience using D4W and Office 365 Communicates clearly, calmly, and respectfully Is confident leading and motivating others Brings strong organisational and problem‑solving skills Works collaboratively with providers, support staff, and Network Support Has strong people skills with a friendly and warm demeanour Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport Holds (or is working towards) a Diploma of Practice Management or similar qualification (preferred but not essential) Applicants must have full Australian work rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
