2IC/Assistant Practice Manager

Manage daily practice operations to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow Oversee billing, stock control, and reporting within approved budgets Maintain compliance with WHS, infection control, and privacy standards Supervise, support, and develop staff across all levels Facilitate the End of Month process Manage and maintain the staff roster to ensure efficient clinic coverage Handle patient feedback and ensure a consistently high-quality experience Act as liaison between the practice, management, and clinicians Identify opportunities for operational and service improvement About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in dental or medical practice management Skilled in leadership, communication, and staff coordination Financially literate with sound administrative and reporting ability Strong understanding of dental software (Oasis) Knowledge of compliance standards including WHS, infection control, and privacy Calm, organised, and professional under pressure Certificate III or Diploma in Practice Management or Business Administration 5+ years’ experience in a senior (Level 5+) support or management role Why Join Us Supportive leadership team Good chance to build up your management skills Opportunity to demonstrate leadership in a respected, high-performing clinic Your Application will include the following questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
