Primary Responsibilities Take full accountability for maximising Sales & profitability ensuring that dealership volume and profit targets are achieved & surpassed. Be integral in driving the business forward, maximise all sales / F&I profits & customer satisfaction. Be hands on, sales & staff focused mentoring, training, double opening & closing. Have a good understanding of Aftersales Parts and Service and an ability to develop & grow these essential departments. Deliver consistent strong results in terms of business growth, Gross & Net profit, cost control & staff development. Take full ownership for driving Customer satisfaction results. Develop & Implement Sales & marketing plans. About You Proven Senior Sales or Management experience within a retail Dealership environment (Motorcycles or Automotive) with a high track record of sales success. Strong ability to drive the business forward, maximise sales, profits & customer satisfaction. Entrepreneurial and highly professional at achieving & surpassing sales / business targets. Excellent communicator at all levels, who is assertive, professional and dynamic. A born leader, hands on, able to build staff loyalty, with the ability to adjust style and approach to maximise team and individual performance. Ensure sales process is followed thereby maximising all sales opportunities. Hands on with a proven ability to influence, negotiate & ensure successful outcomes. Be meticulously organised with the ability of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Have an honest, respectful and diligent approach to work with a strong sense of integrity. A Motorcycles enthusiast with a passion for Harley-Davidson & a regular motorcycle rider. Strong management reporting, computer literacy and compliance skills.
