Emma, Clinical Lead We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Ballarat region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager. You'll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management, and general therapy skills. Day‑to‑day you will : Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach. You will also hold : Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle. An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain). 4+ years post‑grad experience with experience of working across disability and / or NDIS.
