Role New Home Sales Consultant Standard and Custom Designs, Knock Down Rebuilds Location Servicing Moreton Bay and surrounds Role Outline As NuTrend Homes’ next sales powerhouse, you’ll be the driving force behind turning dream homes into reality. You’ll handle everything from selling our standard designs to crafting fully customised homes, including modified plans and knockdown rebuilds. Based in our soon to open displays in Lilywood Landings, your day will be spent meeting and greeting potential clients, building strong relationships with referral partners, and generating high-quality leads. You’ll design and package irresistible house and land offers, present contracts with confidence, and follow up relentlessly to close deals. You’ll also be hands‑on in guiding clients through the home design process, ensuring every detail reflects their vision. Managing your database like a pro, you’ll capture every opportunity, keep deals moving, and deliver exceptional customer service from first hello to final handover. This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge, loves the chase, and has the skills, drive, and passion to be the best in the game.
