Job Description Assisting in the smooth operation of the F&B department Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items, and hotel services Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun, unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests, through creative activations and events The ability to coordinate and manage the day‑to‑day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead‑by‑example approach will be infectious Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast‑paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers Qualifications Experience in food & beverage operations, ideally within the hotel industry Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired Have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems Highly organized self‑starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail Demonstrated high‑quality service standard Previous supervisor experience Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate Additional Information ALL Heartist Membership - Take advantage of discounts on accommodation and food & beverage worldwide Family & Friends Discounts - Available on a range of accommodation, services and events for those who mean the most to you.
