About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Accountant to join this well-established firm. This role provides exposure to a broad variety of clients and industries and offers a clear career pathway to Assistant Manager and eventually Manager level. You’ll work closely with experienced Partners and Managers, delivering high-quality accounting and business advisory services while mentoring junior team members and developing trusted client relationships. Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and management reports for a diverse client portfolio Providing tailored business and tax advice to clients across a range of industries Assisting with workflow management and supporting junior staff development Collaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver exceptional client service Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes Contributing to the firm’s culture of professionalism, trust, and teamwork About You 3–5+ years of experience in public practice accounting Sound knowledge of accounting and taxation principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities A team player who takes initiative and enjoys working in a supportive, collaborative environment Benefits and Perks This firm takes pride in looking after their people and offering a flexible, enjoyable workplace.
