Head of Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals, identify target publishers and define target payouts.Affiliates and Agency Partners Management: Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and networks to expand the affiliate program effectively.Content Development: Collaborate with affiliate partners on content creation and promotional activities to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company messaging.Performance Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on affiliate marketing performance using data and analytics tools. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.Tracking and Reporting: partner with analytics to build advanced tracking based on predictive-LTV models, evolve our revenue share models, and measure incrementally.Team management: recruit and grow a team of specialists.What you’ll bring with you
