Salary & Hours Salary Range: Minimum $38.06 - $41.33 per hour Vic. Shift: Tuesday and Wednesday 07:00-15:00. Under the supervision of an RN, you will provide positive resident outcomes and deliver essential nursing care and support. Your Key Responsibilities Personal Care – Assist residents with activities of daily living such as showering, dressing, toileting and grooming. Medication Administration – Administer medications as prescribed and record medication records. Health Monitoring – Observe and record vital signs, symptoms and changes in residents’ health. Wound Care – Provide basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds. Assessment and Reporting – Conduct health assessments and report changes to the supervising RN or healthcare team. Skills & Experience Current AHPRA registration. Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards. Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn. Collaborative team player. Friendly and effective communication skills.
