Across Australia, New Zealand and beyond, our Orchard of practices is growing, and we need someone who can help design the systems, rhythms and operational foundations that keep the Juice flowing. This isn’t “keep the wheels turning” practice ops. This is a design the machine, tune the engine, and scale the orchard practice leadership type role. As our Manager, Practice Operations, you will: Build best-in-field practice management frameworks across workflow, capacity, job management, and client experience. Partner closely with our Practice Leaders, Finance, P&C, Tech and Integration teams to turn strategy into operational reality. Be a critical player in onboarding and integrating new firms into The Squeeze Way. Lead with curiosity, audit what exists, imagine what’s possible, and bring to life the right mix of people, process and tech. In time, mentor and uplift our Client Relationship Coordinators across the Orchard (geographically dispersed but united in purpose). Drive consistency, performance and efficiency across all practices, without losing our human-led, values-first flavour. Champion change management with empathy, clarity and momentum. This is a design + build + enable role. You won’t just optimise, you will architect how we run at scale. You’ll thrive here if you… Are allergic to clunky systems and manual work. What you bring Experience in practice operations within an accounting or professional services environment (bonus points if you’ve operated across multiple practices or a network). A tech-invested, systems-curious mindset, you love tools like XPM, FYI, Dext, Weel, Power Automate and want to push them further. Sharp operational instincts, you know how a practice really works...like really how it works Change management experience (essential in a rapidly evolving Orchard).
