About the role Lead and manage daily operations of a growing general practice. Support the founder and current team of GPs, with expansion and growth into allied health divisions. Oversee and mentor office administrators and reception staff. Implement new systems and digitisation initiatives, streamline processes, tech-enabled workflows. Drive stakeholder engagement with external practices and providers. Focus on process improvement, efficiency, and setting up scalable systems for allied health services. Manage compliance registers, including training and accreditation requirements. Work closely with the founder to bring strategic ideas to life, modernising systems and ensuring operational excellence. About You Extensive experience in practice management within a General Practitioner setting. Strong systems knowledge and enthusiasm for new technologies, including AI-driven solutions. Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and process improvement. A growth mindset, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Detail orientation, organisation, and commitment to long-term tenure. Business savvy and strategic thinking, balanced with a collaborative approach.
